Ingredients: Italian sausage, mozzarella cheese, large shells, Italian sausage flavored tomato sauce. Needed large baking dish.
Preparation: Cook sausage in frying pan over low heat for 5 minutes then, place in 350 oven on broil until done. Slice cheese in strips. Prepare noodles as instructed on package. When sausage is done cut in into strips similar to cheese take baking pan layer bottom with sauce. Take sausage and cheese strips and combine by twisting lightly together, then place inside shelled. Place shelled opening down in sauce until bottom of pan covered repeat steps for up to 3 layers.
Cooking Time: Place in oven on bake at 400. Bake for 1o minutes then reduce heat to 200 for 10 minutes serve while hot.
BBQ Chicken
Ingredients: Chicken wings preferably favorite flavor of barbeque sauce. Light cooking oil and baking pan and small frying pan.
Preparation: Take chicken un-seasoned or floured and place in oil in medium heat for 2 minutes apiece. Then take out and place in baking pan lightly sauce the side that is up.
Cooking Time: Place in oven 400° for 5 minutes on broil. Take out chicken flip it over sauce the other side place back in for 5 minutes. Repeat order until chicken is done. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Brick City Chili
Ingredients: 1 can of vegetarian beans in sauce, mozzarella cheese, mild cheddar cheese, ground beef, and 1 cup of barbeque sauce.
Preparation: In medium too large sauce pan depending on how much chili is wanted place beans untrained over extremely low heat. In frying pan take ground beef season to taste cook to done. Add tablespoon of barbeque sauce to cooking beef stir in thoroughly; add another table spoon to cooking beans stir in.
Cooking Time: After ground beef is done place in with beans along with the sauce and cheese shredded turn up heat to medium stir constantly for 5 minutes let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
Stewin? Over You
Ingredients: Large pot, boneless chicken breast, bacon beef or pork, corn, carrots, baby potatoes, string beans, celery, dough
Preparation: Cut chicken into chunks and season then place in lightly oil pan over medium heat until done. Prepare bacon and vegetables. To make dumplings take dough brake into lumps cook in sauté pan in butter until golden brown. Take ingredients and place in large cooking pot one at a time over medium heat. Add one half cup of water and season to taste.
Cooking Time: Bring to a boil slowly allow to cook over medium heat frequently stirring for 15 minutes. Then turn to medium-low heat and let cook still stirring occasionally for another twenty minutes serve hot.
Broccoli and the Beef
Ingredients: Bunch of broccoli (whole) and a cut of steak (beef)
Preparation: Take steak if not already in strips cut into inch wide strips. Seasoned to taste place broccoli in boiling water with a little salt and butter.
Cooking Time: Place steak in small frying pan that has been oiled lightly. Over medium heat sauté? steak in oil until done; bring broccoli to a boil drain and place in pan with already done steak. Cook two in pan on low heat to approximately 5-9 minutes to taste.
